We know it can be frustrating when you don’t get an email, so we want to make sure you know what to do if your email gets marked as junk.
1. Check your junkmail folder. Sometimes our emails end up in the wrong place and don’t reach you. So check your junkmail folder and make sure it’s not there. If it is, mark it as not junk, and we’ll try again!
2. Check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails might end up in your spam folder—so check there too, just in case! If it’s not in there, mark us as safe sender. That way we can send you more emails without them ending up in the wrong place!
3. Make sure your address is correct on our site’s settings page (this would be under my account). If your address is wrong on our site’s settings page, then we won’t be able to send any emails to that address—so make sure it’s right before trying anything else!
